Preschool classes are for children ages 18 months - 5 years old who are interested in exploring the sport of gymnastics. Entry level preschool classes are coed, which will allow the students to experience all the women's and men's apparatuses. A variety of circuits are set up weekly, with each circuit containing equipment such as slides, climbing obstacles, balancing apparatuses, swinging stations, trampoline or pit time:

Preschool classes are split into parent/tot (18 months - 3 years old), 3 - 5 year-old preschool and advanced preschool (by invitation only).

Parent-Tot Preschool classes are offered to children 18 months - 3 years old. Young gymnasts are assisted by a parent or caregiver through the gymnastics circuits with the help of an Incline Coach.

Preschool classes are offered to children ages 3 - 5 years old who can independently participate in class.

Advanced Preschool classes are offered to children who are ready for more advanced gymnastics challenges. A teacher recommendation is required for this class.
