Maya shares, “Gymnastics has been a part of my life since I can remember, and has truly shaped me into who I am today. It has taught me everything from commitment to perseverance and everything in between. Incline has been nothing short of amazing to me, all the girls are like my family and the culture here is unmatched. I have grown up in this gym, being there since the day it opened, and wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. From every injury to every new skill I’m thrilled to have gone through it with everyone I did here at Incline.
Post graduation I plan on perusing my dream of being a labor and delivery nurse! I am undecided exactly where I want to go to college yet, but where ever I end up, I am so excited for the journey. Thank you Incline!!”

It’s our final Senior Sunday for the class of 2025!
Today we are celebrating Dylan S. as she completes her club and high school journey and heads off to the Air Force Academy in a few short weeks for basic training! Dylan shares,
“Gymnastics has been a constant in my life for over 15 years, and for the past 4 years, Incline has been my home. This sport has taught me perseverance, leadership, and a strong work ethic. But one of the most meaningful lessons I’ve learned as an Incline gymnast is how to create and cultivate the kind of environment you want to be part of. Training in a positive, uplifting atmosphere isn’t something every gymnast experiences, but I’ve been incredibly fortunate to learn how to nurture and grow that environment.
As I prepare to attend the United States Air Force Academy and continue gymnastics there, I know the next chapter will bring its own challenges and tough environments. However, thanks to everything I’ve learned at Incline and through my gymnastics career, I’m confident I’ll be ready to face them.
While I’m still unsure about what I want to study, I’m excited to explore my passions as the school year begins.
Thank you, Incline, you truly mean the world to me.”
Senior Sunday with Victoria K!
Victoria shares, “Throughout my whole gymnastics career I’ve learned so much! I’ve battled many injuries and struggles but always looked ahead and kept going. Incline was like my second home, my teammates were like my sisters, I could talk to them about everything and help me push to my goals. I’m so grateful to my coaches for striving to help achieve my college goals. My parents also helped me so much with the recruiting process and supporting me throughout my whole gymnastics career!
Next year I will be at San Jose State University to continue my athletic and academic journey. Go Spartans!”
We are so excited to have another Spartan in the house! Congratulations Victoria, we will be cheering you on!!
Our Gold team is officially done with the 2024-2025 season! This group learned a lot this year and showed off all their upgrades at State! Keep watching to see our State Champions, 1st place routines, and additional highlights!

Dylan shares, “What a way to start Nationals…
I’m beyond excited to announce my commitment to the United States Air Force Academy, where I’ll continue both my academic and athletic journey!
This dream wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support I’ve had along the way.
Mom, Dad, and Keaton: Thank you for everything. The late nights, long talks, tears, and the unwavering belief in me was all worth it.
To my club Coaches, Christi, Jenn, and Lisa: Thank you for shaping me into the athlete I am today and guiding me through this journey.
To the AF Coaches, Jennifer, Brittany, and Joso: Thank you so much for the opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream of becoming a D1 gymnast. So excited for this next chapter and to serve my country!
Can’t believe I get to call this place home for the next 4. GO FALCONS! 💙✈️”
We are so proud of you & are looking forward cheering you on in state!

McKenna shares the following about her gymnastics career, “Gymnastics has shaped who I am in more ways than I can count. It’s taught me the value of hard work, discipline, and resilience that are lessons I carry with me far beyond the gym. I would not have grown so much as a person without my amazing and supportive coaches and teammates! Incline gave me a second home, a team that became family, and memories I’ll always hold close. I’m so beyond grateful for everything this sport has given me! I’m pursing a degree in business finance at Lander University on the acro and tumbling team!”

It’s Senior Sunday with Filippo M. Filippo joined team Incline this year as a foreign exchange student from Italy!
Filippo shares the following about his gymnastics journey, “I had always understood that gymnastics required physical strength, but I soon realized that its greatest lessons were mental. Through hours of training, I learned that focus and discipline were keys in overcoming frustration, staying determined and pushing through setbacks with a positive mindset. At Incline, my coaches and teammates emphasized that progress isn’t always linear. I learned to shift my perspective, seeing failures as part of growth. Gymnastics has given me more than just athletic ability, it has given me confidence, perseverance and a new way of thinking. For that, I am truly grateful.”
Next year Filippo will be returning to Italy and continuing gymnastics at Artistica Brescia gym. It has been wonderful to share this year with him and we can’t wait to see what his future holds!

“Gymnastics has taught me many things, including how to be disciplined, determined, and resilient. It has also taught me how to work hard, manage pressure, and persevere through challenges. Though my time at Incline has been short, I am grateful for every moment of it. Throughout this journey, I have met some incredible people, and I am truly thankful for the constant encouragement and tough love they have given me. Participating in the sport of gymnastics is truly a gift. To my younger self and my younger teammates, I would say never to take this opportunity for granted, as life‘s unpredictability means you never know what tomorrow may bring. While my college decision for this fall remains undecided, I am excited to pursue a degree in the medical field.”
We can’t wait to see what your future holds!

“I am so incredibly grateful and blessed to announce I’ve committed to Lander University for Acrobatics & Tumbling! Thank you coach Sarah for this amazing opportunity, I’m so excited to continue my athletic and academic career at such an outstanding university!
None of this would have been possible without my faith in God during difficult times and the unwavering support and encouragement of so many incredible people—my coaches, family, teammates, and friends. To my club coaches, I truly cannot thank you enough for always believing in me and pushing me to grow. Your guidance has made this journey possible. To my teammates and friends, I’m beyond grateful for your constant support and for standing by my side through every challenge. Hayden shares, “Through my gymnastics career, I’ve learned that the struggles I face and overcome are the most beautiful aspects of gymnastics. Each fall, failure, and injury has allowed growth in my character, growth in my relationships, and given me a drive to push my limits and discover what I’m capable of. I overcame struggles by leaning on my family at Incline. We all share an evident love of gymnastics and care for each other as sisters. Incline provides a cheerful, kind, and supportive atmosphere that I adore. I could not be more grateful for everyone!!
